Home Visits

-Visits will be scheduled during a 2 hour window. YPOM will not guarantee exact times for any visits.

-Morning visits will not be scheduled any earlier than 6:30 am and bedtime visits will not be scheduled any later than 9:00 pm.

-All visits should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

-YPOM will not guarantee service for last minute needs.

-All visits cancelled less than 4 hour prior to service window will be charged in full

-Key pickup and drop off for each trip will be charged $10.


-All pets must get along with kids, dogs, and cats.

-Owners must supply all items required to tend their pet (ie food, meds, pee pads, litter, and special items for giving meds and maintenance)

-Drop of and pickup is by appointment only. Appointments are scheduled the day before drop off and pick up date. Appointments can be scheduled between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm.

-Once the dates are given to YPOM, your pets spot are guaranteed. If you have to cancel you must do so one week prior to drop off date. Any reservations cancelled less than 1 week prior or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of $50.


General Policies

-All payments are due at time of service.

-We accept check, cash, personal Paypal.

-We will not hold or accept post dated checks.

-YPOM is bonded and insured and all employees are criminal background checked. The documents can be viewed at any time upon request.

-YPOM’s liability insurance will not cover any damages that have occurred during a shared job where owner has hired someone on top of YPOM and it’s employees.

-YPOM will discontinue service immediately if cameras are found in bathrooms and sleeping areas (move in service).

-All request must be scheduled with Jess or Matt to be guaranteed. Any client who try to schedule with YPOM employees privately will be considered poaching and disloyal. Service by YPOM will be terminated immediately.

-Once dates for service are given to YPOM your spot is guaranteed. If you need to cancel, you must do so one week prior to start day. Any cancellations less then week will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
